Camillus CUDA, 3.75" Quick Release Blade, 5.25" G10 Handle - 18533
The Camillus CUDA has been around for what feels like forever. When the knife was first released way back in 1998, it won the Most Innovative American-Made Design of the Year at BLADE Show.
Even though the knife has been surpassed in speed and efficiency by more modern assisted-openers, the Camillus CUDA still serves its purpose as a functional and quick knife.
Standing for Camillus Ultra Design Advantage, the CUDA features an overall length of 9 inches with an interesting opening mechanism that will have people asking how you did it.
The blade engages using the CUDA blade launch that's activated with the push of thumb stud along a track. Once you get the hang of it, the CUDA opens quickly and effortlessly. The 3.75-inch blade is made from AUS-8 Japanese steel coated with Carbonitride Titanium that helps resist rust and corrosion. A hollow grind accompanied by a large swedge bolsters the slicing and puncturing capabilities of the knife.
The black handle is made from no-nonsense G10. It conforms to nearly all hand sizes and provides enough grip to keep it in your palm during heavy use.
It comes with a tip-down, right-hand carry pocket clip for convenient carry.
