Kanetsune Seki Traditional Damascus series knives are hammered by hand with a technique as "Tsuchime" to a beautiful finish that reduce drag when cutting, preventing foods from sticking to the blade. The cutting core is Swedish Sandvik stainless steel. Traditional D-shapeed handle of Red Sandalwood comfortably in the hand.
