Kanetsune Seki Aogami Series Santoku 165mm
The cutting core is made from Japanese Aogami steel produced by Hitachi Metal,adding chromium and tungsten to Japanese Shirogami steel. The Aogami steel core is clad with 410 stainless steel on each side protect the core steel. It is very popular choice for high end Japanese kitchen knives.
