Victorinox's 3" Paring knife (40001) has a spear point and small rosewood handle. Long hours of use are no problem as the knife is ergonomically designed to reduce tension in the wrist. The blade is made extremely durable thanks to a manufacturing process that makes it resistant to fracturing and capable of being re-sharpened for a lifetime of use. Before leaving the Victorinox factory in Switzerland, the blade is laser tested to ensure that it has an edge with world renowned sharpness.
