Al Mar Eagle Ultralight, 4" Plain Blade, Black Micarta Handles
Leaning on decades of quality and unique designs, Al Mar Knives continues to be a gold standard for production knives that rival custom knives. The Al Mar Eagle Ultralight is the perfect example.
The knife slims down the largest model in the company's classic line to an EDC that is light in weight and heavy in function.
Featuring a narrow full-faced flat ground blade that's 4 inches long, the Eagle Ultralight features ambidextrous thumb studs and a spear point design. The blade is made from Japanese AUS-8 steel, which is a functional alloy with an excellent balance of toughness and edge retention.
Keeping the blade engaged is Al Mar's front lock, a reliable locking mechanism that works similar to a back lock but is easier to disengage with one hand.
The handle uses polished black linen Micarta scales that highlight the stainless steel pins and pivot. The red Al Mar logo is printed on the black tip-up right hand carry pocket clip.
Coming in at a mere 2.6 ounces and an overall length of 9 inches when engaged, the Eagle Ultralight is the ultimate EDC companion.
