The Redi-Edge Tactical Pro comes factory pre-set to your choice of a 30° inclusive angle to maintain a 15° double cutting edge to sharpen filet or boning knife blades , a 40° inclusive angle to maintain a 20° double cutting edge on most knives, including your pocket knife, or a 60° inclusive angle to maintain a 30° double cutting edge for your tactical knives. Just choose which angle you need!
