The AccuSharp 737C Six-Piece Fillet Knife Kit brings four flexible fillet knives, a portable sharpener, and a nylon carry case together for fish cleaning and food preparation. The full-tang knives have satin-finished stainless steel blades with a titanium coating and contoured, blue non-slip thermoplastic rubber (TPR) handles.
Four blade lengths provide options for different sizes of fish and precise trimming. The included two-stage sharpener features coarse carbide and fine ceramic sharpening surfaces for edge maintenance.
