The CRKT Provoke Zap 4041G, designed by Joe Caswell, is an innovative folding knife built around CRKT’s distinctive Kinematic® opening system. With its compact blade, unconventional mechanism, and bold black-and-green color combination, the Provoke Zap stands out from traditional folding-knife designs.
The 2.47-inch blade is made from 4116 stainless steel and features a plain edge with a black stonewashed finish. The compact blade provides a practical cutting profile while complementing the knife’s unique overall design.
The handle is constructed from bright green Grivory®, creating a lightweight and durable platform with a distinctive visual contrast against the black blade. The Kinematic opening system provides a unique method of deploying the blade without relying on a conventional thumb stud or flipper.
At 4.70 ounces, the Provoke Zap has a substantial feel despite its compact dimensions. A pocket clip is included for convenient carry.
