The Kanetsune KC-133 is a 165mm santoku built around premium SG2 (Super Gold 2) powder steel clad with SUS410 stainless steel. Hardened to approximately HRC 62, it delivers excellent edge retention, wear resistance, and a fine cutting edge for everyday prep.
Its 6.5-inch blade handles chopping, slicing, and mincing with ease, while the black wood handle, stainless-steel bolster, and full-tang construction give it a balanced professional feel.
