The Kershaw 1781 bread knife uses an 8-inch serrated blade for slicing loaves, bagels and pastries. Wide, two-way serrations cut on both forward and backward strokes, helping you work through crust without pressing down heavily on the soft center.
The knife features DIN 1.4116 stainless steel with a satin finish and a black polypropylene handle; a matching sheath is included for storage.
