I ordered two of these One of them the lock wouldnā€™t release the blade I called the next day after receiving my order talked to a grouchy old man that told me someone from the tech department would call me the next day Never heard anything from anyone I waited a couple of days and sent an email Still no response Terrible customer service

So sorry to hear about the issue, Mark. We sent you an email to resolve the issue.

Quick service and nice knife

I received the knife much earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was great! The knife itself is quite nice, came centered and has great action. The only cons the knife has are that (1) pin and the shield are quite proud, the pin I can hit with a Dremel and fix no problem, but the shield I won't be able to do much about, thankfully it's smooth so it only bothers me a little. The other con is that the non show side scale isn't flush with the booster so you can very easily feel it drag across a finger when touching the area, thankfully it doesn't present an issue when handling the knife.

After sharpening and using the knife a few times the edge is super keen and glides through metal and food with ease. I would definitely recommend the knife.

Love My New 50TG

This knive is beautifully designed and constructed. Blade locks securely when fully opened. What's not to like?
(Please ignore my previous post as it was born out of my own infamiliarity with knives in general)

Great But Not Folding

I just received my 50TG Bruin and it's every bit as beautiful as advertised. The only issue is that it's locked open and, for the life of me, I can't figure how to fold it. What am I missing??
