The Outdoor Edge Vantex VNTXBK-C is a full-tang fixed-blade boning knife designed for controlled trimming and separating meat from bone. Its 5-inch, medium-flex 7Cr17MoV stainless steel blade features a titanium coating for added wear and corrosion resistance.
The textured glass-filled nylon handle has a soft-touch TPE overlay to maintain grip during wet or repetitive work. An individual rigid locking sheath is included.
