Product Description

The Schrade 1100048 is a rugged everyday-carry folding knife designed to handle everything from daily utility tasks to hiking, camping, and outdoor adventures. With a durable black oxide blade, comfortable rubberized aluminum handle, and practical deployment features, this folder delivers a lot of functionality in a compact package.

The 3.25-inch blade is crafted from 9Cr18MoV high-carbon stainless steel and finished with a durable black oxide coating. This versatile blade steel provides a useful combination of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance for everyday use.

Schrade's Ultra Glide Technology provides smooth blade operation, while the integrated finger flipper and thumbstuds give you multiple options for opening the knife. A liner lock secures the blade during use, while jimping and a finger guard provide additional grip and control.

The black rubberized aluminum handle offers a secure, comfortable grip while keeping the knife's overall weight to just 4.3 ounces. A convenient pocket clip and lanyard hole provide additional carry options.

We especially like the combination of Ultra Glide operation, flipper, thumbstuds, liner lock, and pocket clip—it gives this Schrade plenty of useful features without making it unnecessarily complicated.
