The Dark Force I uses liner-lock construction with Coast's Double-Lock Liner-Lock safety: The open blade locks with a liner lock and has a second safety lock at the base of the spine for a more secure and sturdy lockup. The 7Cr17 stainless steel drop point blade features a bead blast finish with ambidextrous thumb studs and a thumb perch with jimping. The handle features G-10 textured grip-enhanced scales.
