Introducing the Schrade Old Timer 152OT Sharpfinger, a design so iconic that it has set the standard for knife companies worldwide. This fixed blade knife boasts an unmistakable upswept blade, elevating it beyond a mere skinner.

Crafted with a 3.3-inch blade made of 7Cr17 high carbon stainless steel, the Sharpfinger effortlessly handles game skinning while remaining versatile enough for everyday tasks.

Since time immemorial, the Old Timer Sharpfinger by Schrade has been an indispensable part of every hunting and fishing enthusiast's knife collection. Its reliable grip handle and rust-proof blade thrive in the harshest conditions that hunters and fishermen brave regularly.

For added security during wet conditions, a lanyard hole near the handle's base ensures a firm grip on the knife.

The Sharpfinger's smaller 3.3-inch blade, in contrast to larger, unwieldy hunting knives, has propelled its popularity. Its adaptability and versatility have won over users seeking a multifaceted tool.

With the 152OT, Schrade revives the timeless design of the original Old Timer Sharpfinger, placing this classic knife back into the hands of hunters and casual users alike. Prepare to understand why seasoned experts at the bait shop have been raving about this knife for years.

To complete the package, the knife comes with a convenient brown leather sheath that easily attaches to your belt for effortless carry.

Knife was not sharp out of the box. Knife design will cut sheath strap in short order.

Knive vs sheath

I’m very happy with the knife ( My second Old Timer) but the retainer strap on the sheath was
made incorrectly.
I filed a complaint and submitted a photo of the faulty sheath but have yet to receive a comprehensive response other that Knife Depot would reach out to their supplier for a replacement

I have a few of these days. some are vintage carbon steel and they hold a slight edge over these modern versions. if you're not lucky enuff to have a vintage one then these will work. Makes an excellent City Knife. another fantastic use for this kinda knife is a Steak Knife. I make sure to strap one on when I go out to dinner. makes a fantastic gift too. Highly Recommend

I got a newer series old timer 152 OTBC in 2014 November. My dad bought a friend and I both one. This knife works out awesome for squirrel hunting, and is very easy to resharpen and holds a edge well. I Cannot wait to use it this year again I went and bought that guthook version the 158 OT in March can't wait to try this out and see how it does.
