The knife itself is a good blade but the engraved writing is so small you can't see it well. So if you don't care about the engraving aspect, then you're good!

I'm a firefighter of 33 years and have already put this knife to work the day I got it by cutting the pant leg and a seat belt with it. The rubberized handle makes it easy to grip with gloves on as well.
