CRKT M21-14SF Carson Special Forces, 3.9" Serrated Blade, Aluminum Handle
Our aluminum InterFrame build SF folders share a unique design offering a combination of Carson Series features requested by military procurement specialists. The deep-bellied spear point blades were specified because they offer maximum strength. The open build allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt -- very rare in folding knives.
M21-14SF Aluminum. Our production aluminum frame SF is based on Kit Carson's custom designs, with contoured handles of black, hard anodized 6061 T6 aluminum, with a perimeter radius. Stainless steel locking liners with friction grooves give positive locking. Blade steel is AUS 8 stainless with a Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point Serrated edge.
Blade, frame and hardware are non-reflective tactical black. The blade receives a black titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit's trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard. One-hand opening and closing is quick and smooth.
It also features our automated liner safety. Automated liner safety is the locking liner safety innovation taken to the next level. The automated liner safety sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use.
To close the knife, pull the red buttoned safety lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position. Want one of the most secure safety systems on the market? The choice is automatic.
All knives in this series are equipped with clip options that allow four-position carry on belts or webbing. Caution: These knives are not designed for tip-up in-pocket carry. They are special knives, designed by the military for special forces use.

Sport & Work Knives
CRKT continues to "think outside the box" by seeking out new and unique designs and mechanisms, just when everyone in the industry thinks they have seen it all. For example, the company is introducing the tiny McGinnis Shrimp, the
Gekkota Pocket and Golf, the ExiTool, Ta-Bar Tool, Norfork Diver and Whitewater, and Klecker NIRK? all exciting and unusual. At the same time, it continues to broaden it?s traditional knife models, including for the first time, Classic pocket knives, as well as the Centofante Tribute, Carson M4-02 series, and the Delegate and Vertex lines.
More natural and premium materials.
CRKT is continuing to specify the natural and premium materials that are common in the best custom knives, including more knives
with layered Micarta, G10, stag, jig bone, white bone, ram horn, and hardwoods such as thuya root, cocobolo, ebony, walnut, and burl.
CRKT Limited Lifetime Warranty: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If one of our knives ever breaks or fails because of material or manufacturing defect, we?ll replace the knife. This warranty runs as long as you own your knife.
